Advantex
For advanced treatment, Orenco’s flagship product is the AdvanTex Treatment System. Using Orenco’s textile filter technology, AdvanTex can reduce BOD and TSS (two measures of the strength of pollution) by up to 98{938c7c308c741de45ae4cb709d14ffaba93b4e44c6d6aad969350595a6727001}. AdvanTex can also reduce nitrogen (a nutrient in wastewater that must be controlled in some areas) by up to 70{938c7c308c741de45ae4cb709d14ffaba93b4e44c6d6aad969350595a6727001}. AdvanTex can be used with an Orenco AXUV Disinfection Unit to kill nearly all bacteria and viruses (also a requirement in some areas).
Orenco offers a suitable solution for residential and commerical applications, models include the AX20, AX20RT and AX25RT, AX100 and the AXMAX.

AX20
Orenco’s AdvanTex® Treatment Systems provide environmentally sustainable treatment of residential wastewater flows. They are the ideal solution for difficult soils, small sites, system upgrades and repairs, new installations, pretreatment, nitrogen reduction, and disinfection.
AX20RT / AX25RT
Orenco’s AdvanTex AX-RT is a completely pre-packaged, “plug & play” AX20 wastewater treatment system. All interior components are assembled and adjusted at the factory, so customers save on installation costs. There are fewer working parts, so customers save on equipment costs. And the RT can be shallowly buried, so customers save on excavation costs.
AX100
Orenco’s AdvanTex Treatment System uses an engineered textile media to treat wastewater to meet stringent regulatory requirements. The filter is configured like a a recirculating sand filter — a packed bed filter technology that Orenco engineers have helped to perfect since the 1970’s.

AXMAX
Orenco’s new AX-Max is a modular, fully-plumbed treatment plant capable of handling flows from 5000 gpd up to 1 MGD, an ideal size for entire communities or commercial/residential development on the urban fringe.
The AX-Max is built inside an insulated fiberglass tank that is durable, lightweight, and watertight. The AdvanTex-Max can be installed above- or below-ground, singly or in multi-tank arrays. In harsh climates, the AX-Max can be purchased with an optional control room, or a multi-tank array can be completely enclosed in a building.
